Born in Brazil and raised across Buenos Aires, London, Barcelona, and Bologna, producer & director Lud Mônaco brings a global sensibility to film. Creator of a celebrated storytelling course on Domestika, Lud crafts narratives that explore self-empowerment, sexual diversity, friendship, and freedom. Her short ‘Para, pero Sigue’ won Best Short at Lisbon’s Paulo Branco Festival, judged by Peter Handke, establishing her signature blend of emotional depth and cinematic intelligence. Lud’s writing transforms ideas into engaging, character-driven stories — smart, bold, and visually inspired.
María Lorente-Becerra is an award-winning director and screenwriter from Barcelona. With a Philosophy degree and published poetry, she brings to her films a unique vision, where the oneiric and the sensorial intertwine with an artisanal, symbol-rich aesthetic. Her work blurs boundaries between reality and dreams through emotional storytelling and deep character psychology.
